Kristanea Ltd will team up with IBM Belgium for the forthcoming NCI Agency Advisory and Assistance Services, ref.No. IFB-CO-14633-AAS.

The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) is responsible for development, procurement, implementation, operation and maintenance of state of the art C4ISR capabilities for NATO. The Agency is further charged with providing unbiased scientific advice and support to NATO authorities. There is a recurring requirement for consultant support over a wide spectrum of scientific, engineering, project management, contracting and military functional expertise to support these activities. In general, the consultant support required may take the form of studies, information, software development and implementation, advice, opinions, alternatives, analyses, evaluations, recommendations, and project management support and other services to complement the Purchaser’s technical expertise both at peak periods and when this expertise is required for shorter periods than provided by normal NATO staff contracts. Services are generally short-term (under 6 months), with an occasional longer term of a year or more.

Kristanea profile will be included in IBM’s Prime Team Proposal for the Advisory and Assistance Services Contract. In case of successful team shortlisting, Kristanea will be eligible to submit Bulgarian candidates to work on NATO assignments during 2019-2023.
